Üürile anda metsavaate ja rõduga korter Merko arendatud hinnatud Pikaliiva arenduses.
KORTER
Korteri koosseisu kuulub ruumikas elutuba koos avatud ruumika köögiga, seinakapiga magamistuba, wc ja vannituba, esik, rõdu. Korterit iseloomustab valgusküllasus, õige suunaga vaated ja rahumeelne elukeskkond. Maast laeni aknad avanevad metsa poole ning maja asub tupiktänava lõpus, vaikses ja privaatses asukohas.
PARKIMINE JA PANIPAIK
Korteri juurde kuulub kindel parkimiskoht kinnistul ning panipaik, mis üüritakse koos korteriga hinnaga 30 € kuus
MAJA
Tegemist on Merko kvaliteediga, milles kahtlema ei pea. Seda iseloomustab hea helipidavus korterite vahel ja kaasaegsed tehnosüsteemid. Kõik korterid on varustatud vesipõrandaküttega ning soojustagastusega ventilatsiooniga, mis hoiab küttekulud kontrolli all.
Majas on lift.
ASUKOHT
Looduse keskel asuvas Merko Pikaliiva kvartalis on kõik oluline lühikese autosõidu või mõnusa jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Piirkonnas on lapsesõbralikud sisehoovid ja hulgaliselt spordivõimalusi.
Autode parkimiskohad asuvad majade ümber, kvartali sisehoovid on haljastatud ning neis on mänguväljakud. Ühistranspordipeatused on majast vaid mõne minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
LEPINGU SÕLMIMINE
Otsime korterit heaperemehelikult hoidvaid pikaajalisi üürilisi, kellel ei ole koduloomi.
Lepingu sõlmimisel tuleb tasuda ühe kuu üür ette ja lepingutasu (ühe kuu üüri summa) + käibemaks kehtivas määras.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
