Our system will generate a handover act draft for your property based on the information you entered.

We will e-mail the draft to your chosen tenant. They can view and confirm it.

Before the draft can be finalized add photos of the condition of your property. This can be done with our in-app photo feature. We'll add the pictures to the agreement container.

Finalize the agreement in the app. Our system will then send all the necessary documents to both parties for signing. Once it's signed, you're done!
