KORTER
See hubane ja stiilne kõrgete lagedega korter asub maja 2. korrusel. "Paberite järgi" on tegemist küll 1-toalise loft-stiilis korteriga, kuid selle funktsionaalsus on samaväärne 2-toalise korteriga, sest magamistoa osa on korteri 2. korrusel. APARTMENT
This cozy and stylish high-ceiling apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. On paper, it is officially registered as a one-room loft-style apartment, but its functionality is equivalent to a two-room apartment, as the sleeping area is on the second level of the apartment. The apartment features restored, elegant limestone walls. The new walls are finished with white paint, and the ceiling has been spot-repaired, cleaned, and preserved in its original form.
The apartments in the Erwin building are equipped with infrared heating panels, which provide even heating, are energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly. Thanks to the large double-glazed windows, the home is truly quiet and filled with natural light.
The apartment has a size of 31.6 m², plus an additional approx. 8 m² mezzanine (with a height under 160 cm). The mezzanine is suitable for use as a sleeping loft or storage space. The ceiling height in the living area is 390 cm.
PARKING AND STORAGE
Parking is available on the surrounding streets — with a Tallinn resident’s card, parking costs only €120/year. This apartment does not include a storage unit.
