A newly renovated city center apartment in a historic building is waiting for its first tenant!
In a stone house built in 1984, the courtyard-facing, quiet and bright apartment consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a hallway with a built-in wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom. All appliances and furniture are brand new: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove with integrated hood, washer-dryer, bathtub, corner sofa, bed and mattress 160x200 cm.
Storage space is in the basement, free parking is in the courtyard if there are free spaces available, the building has an elevator. The building has a functioning cooperative (new plumbing, solar panels installed - low utility costs). The building has central heating and meters on the radiators, thanks to which each resident can regulate their consumption costs.
Excellent location in the Central district, in the Uue Maailma neighbourhood. Bus and tram stops are in front of the house, the train stop is a few minutes away. Nearby are schools and kindergartens, grocery stores (Rimi, Prisma, Grossi), restaurants (Gotsu, Grenka, Lokaal Tilk, Bopp, Koidu 82), cafes (Kringel, Fika), wine shop, pharmacy, etc.
The apartment is vacant and is rented directly from the owner via the Rendin platform.
PS! Since the apartment has not been lived in for several years, I can't say the exact utilities, but with minimal heating and water costs, the bills have been 80-100€ (including loan payment of 27€).
