🦮 Pets are welcome, provided they are well-trained and responsibly cared for. Preference will be given to smaller pets that are gentle on furnishings and have minimal shedding. Tenants take full responsibility for any pet-related damages. Should it be necessary, tenants will also arrange and cover the cost of professional deep cleaning at the end of the tenancy if there is excessive pet hair.

- No designated parking space, but parking is available directly in front of the building. Once registered as a resident, parking permit costs approx. 120 € per year. No issues finding a parking spot nearby.
- Pillows, blankets, towels, and other essentials can also be left in the apartment if needed.
- Utility Costs: summer approx. 140–170 € and winter: approx. 210–260 €
The apartment is available immediately. If the tenant prefers some furniture or items to be removed, this can be arranged (may require some time to remove those).

Kes maksab Rendini teenustasu?
Lepingu loomisel on võimalik valida, kas Rendini teenustasu maksab üürnik, üürileandja või saab tasu olema võrdselt jagatud kahe osapoole vahel.
Kui teenustasu on jagatud
Meie soovitame teenustasu lepingu osapoolte vahel ära jagada. Nii üürnik kui üürileandja saavad Rendini teenusest kasu.
Üürnik saab üürida tagatist maksmata. Üürileandjale saab tagatisraha asenduseks varakaitse ja võlakaitse. Jagatud teenustasu on õiglane makseviis mõlema osapoole suhtes.
Kui üürnik ja üürileandja jagavad teenustasu, siis maksab kumbki osapool 50% Rendini kuutasust.
Kui üürileandja maksab teenustasu
Paljud üürileandjad valivad ise teenustasu maksmise ning liidavad selle üürimaksele. See lihtsustab üürnikele teenuse ning selle hüvede selgitamist.
Kui üürnik maksab teenustasu
Üürnik hakkab otse maksma teenustasu Rendinile ja saab selle kohta iga kuu Rendinilt arve.
