The comfortable and multi-layered Yankee bed measures 140x200 cm.
The apartment has an efficient layout and the entire space is used for its intended purpose, leaving room for movement.
The apartment has underfloor heating and central ventilation with heat recovery. All water and electricity meters are remote controlled.
HOUSE
Studio 365 -building was completed in 2022 and is still managed by the company 1Partner. The building has an elevator and a special lockable room for storing bicycles.
The house has been awarded the B-energy label, which means significant savings in energy costs for the tenant. There's a new Intercom system for guests to call-in from downstairs- when they ring, the camera shows who's visiting, adding extra security.

The location of the Studio 365 is just excellent: there is a grocery store, a pharmacy and a tram stop right next to the apartment. Telliskivi/downtown area can be reached by tram in just 10-15 minutes. There is also a small cafe on the first floor of the building.

AGREEMENT
When concluding a rental agreement, you pay:
- first month's rent,
- contract fee 299 euros.
The contract can also be signed on behalf of the company and you will receive invoices.
The lessor is a reliable company whose main business is long-term rental of apartments.

Kes maksab Rendini teenustasu?
Lepingu loomisel on võimalik valida, kas Rendini teenustasu maksab üürnik, üürileandja või saab tasu olema võrdselt jagatud kahe osapoole vahel.
Kui teenustasu on jagatud
Meie soovitame teenustasu lepingu osapoolte vahel ära jagada. Nii üürnik kui üürileandja saavad Rendini teenusest kasu.
Üürnik saab üürida tagatist maksmata. Üürileandjale saab tagatisraha asenduseks varakaitse ja võlakaitse. Jagatud teenustasu on õiglane makseviis mõlema osapoole suhtes.
Kui üürnik ja üürileandja jagavad teenustasu, siis maksab kumbki osapool 50% Rendini kuutasust.
Kui üürileandja maksab teenustasu
Paljud üürileandjad valivad ise teenustasu maksmise ning liidavad selle üürimaksele. See lihtsustab üürnikele teenuse ning selle hüvede selgitamist.
Kui üürnik maksab teenustasu
Üürnik hakkab otse maksma teenustasu Rendinile ja saab selle kohta iga kuu Rendinilt arve.
