KORTER

APARTMENT
The apartment consists of a spacious living room/kitchen with access to a 10 m² balcony, a furnished bedroom with a 180x200 continental bed and a large wardrobe, and an unfurnished office/small bedroom. In addition, the apartment includes a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine, ventilation unit, and shelves. The bathroom features a bathtub and a spacious vanity unit. In the hallway, there is a spacious built-in wardrobe along with a small chest of drawers.
PARKING AND STORAGE
The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage and a storage room.
HEATING AND VENTILATION
The apartment is equipped with a heat recovery ventilation system. Additionally, all rooms are fitted with built-in air conditioning/cooling units.

R. Tobiase Street is located in one of Tallinn’s most beautiful and sought-after areas – Kadriorg. Here, you can enjoy walks in the lush Kadriorg Park or explore nearby museums, playgrounds, and diverse sports facilities.
CONTRACT

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
