Apartment handover
The landlord and tenant review the property and its furnishings, and document its condition in a report, including noting any damages or outstanding invoices (if there are any).
Documenting damages
Usually, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to take over the property and create the final handover act.
Gathering evidence and calculating the amount of damages
The landlord gathers evidence of damages (return protocol, photo documentation) or outstanding payments (bills), calculates the total amount of damages and asks the tenant to pay what should be paid.
Submitting the Final Claim
The landlord must determine the amount of the final claim and give the tenant the opportunity to review the claim and pay it.
The claim can be submitted in a free form, but we strongly recommend that it be done in a form that allows resubmission in writing (for example, by e-mail or SMS) so that, if necessary, it is possible to confirm the submission of the claim
Setting an Additional Deadline:
The landlord must give the tenant an additional term of at least 14 days to pay the claim. Generally, the term is set between 14 and 30 days so that the tenant is aware of the claim and has enough time to pay it.
Initiating a Claim
If the tenant does not satisfy the claims by the specified deadline and the parties fail to reach another agreement regarding the satisfaction of the claims, contact Rendin to open a damage case.
Evidence must be submitted to Rendin to open a claim.
Document evalutation
We review the claim and evaluate the submitted documents. It usually takes us no more than 3 working days to review the documents.
In the event that any evidence is missing or it is necessary to provide additional clarification on some circumstances, Rendin will notify you of this.
If everything is in order with the documents, Rendin prepares a claim assignment agreement.
Assignment agreement preparation
As part of the claim case, Rendin will prepare a claim assignment agreement and send it to the landlord for review and digital signing.
Please make sure that all the information provided in the claim assignment agreement is correct.

Final payment
The landlord will receive the compensation no later than 5 working days after signing the claim assignment agreement with Rendin. After that, the assigned claims will be transferred to Rendin.
