I have used Rendin more than once and keep coming back. Smooth process, great service and support when needed.

This time, I skipped the broker and using Rendin's service. The homepage was extremely simple – there was no need to ask customer support for help. If it turned out that the tenant is a foreigner and does not speak Estonian, then I could change the agreement to English with just one click. Great!

It's my first time renting an apartment, so I can't really compare it to using a broker service. What I can say is the service and support that Rendin offered for the newbie was par excellent. The whole process of working with Rendin is transparent and smooth. After the tenant, it was necessary to bring the apartment to the pre-rental state, and on the basis of the invoices, Rendin compensated me for the expenses spent.

It took literally 3 hours from my invoicing to Rendin to their payment (at 9 am, I sent checks and invoices to Rendin; at 1 pm, they sent a document for signing and sent the money around 1.30 pm).

Since the tenant himself could not compensate the entire amount at once, Rendin provided him with an installment plan, and instead of the tenant, Rendin paid me the entire amount.

Super easy app to use to rent out or rent a place. All background checks are done automatically + no fuss with brokers or broker fees. Both parties are protected with rental protection that has a monthly fee (will add up much less than paying months rent upfront etc). Can't recommend enough!

Background checks are carried out on candidates, and the contracting process is simple and convenient. There are plenty of interested candidates, and I found a tenant quickly. Basically, you don't have to invent anything yourself, as the basis of the rental agreements, handover act draft and such are all there.
