ENG: Studio apartment for mid-term rent in most central location in Tallinn, in Forum shopping center! Available from 01.09.2025-31.05.2026. We prefer a tenant who needs it for the whole or similar timeframe, however feel free to inquire for shorter time.
Apartment is fully furnished, has two big (160 and 180cm) beds and has most amenities and essentials you would need. You will also have an equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. Apartment locates on the 5th floor, on a quieter yard side, therefore not much traffic noise coming in.
This studio is perfect for students and workers, who want to stay in the most central area as possible and have everything near-by but at the same time value the quietness of their home. Estonian Business School and Tallinn University are close-by.
Tram and bus stops are just in front of the house, many restaurants and food places are on-spot, two big shopping centers just across the road etc.
Communal fees during summer 100, winter ~160. No broker fee. Pets are not allowed.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
