Üürile on tulnud korter suurepärases Mustamäe piirkonnas. Korter asub 1972. aastal ehitatud hoone 4/9 korrusel kust avaneb väga kaunis vaade metsa poole. Kodu aknad avanevad maja taha, vaiksesse sisehoovi.

Korteri sees on köögimööbel, elektripliit, külmik, veekeetja ja mikrolaineahi. Elutoas on suur lahtikäiv diivan. Magamistoas on suur riidekapp, telerilaud ja väike laud. Tualett ja vannituba on eraldi, ning esikus on pikk koridor. Samuti korteris on panipaik, kus saab asju hoiustada. Magamistoas on rõdu.
Majas tegutseb aktiivselt korteriühistu ning tehtud torustiku vahetustöid.
Maja ümbruses on suurepärane infrastruktuur: lasteaiad, koolid, haigla, kaubanduskeskused, jõusaalid ning pargid õhtusteks jalutuskäikudeks. Asub logistiliselt suurepärases asukohas, bussipeatused on kahe minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
Mõõdukad kommunaalkulud, talvel 140-200 eurot ja suvel 50-80 eurot.
Lepingu tingimused:
Lepingu sõlmimisel tuleb tasuda ühe kuu üür ette, tagatisraha ühe kuu üüri ulatuses ning lepingutasu, milleks on ühe kuu üür + käibemaks.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
