A spacious home with large windows and plenty of natural light in the city center. The apartment is located near Kalevi Stadium, within a ten-minute walk from the Estonia Theatre and Solaris. It is a two-room apartment with a very spacious layout and large windows.
The building was constructed in 2006. New kitchen furniture and integrated kitchen appliances (stove, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher) have been installed. The bathroom was renovated in 2023, with a new washing machine installed. New light fixtures have also been installed.
The apartment features large windows overlooking Arter and the Olympia Hotel. It has been freshly renovated, with light-filtering pleated blinds and blackout curtains installed on the windows during the renovation. Additionally, the parquet flooring has been sanded and waxed. Nearby amenities include the Central Market, Stockmann, and everything else that belongs to the city center. The furniture in the apartment can be left if desired. There are two built-in closets and proper new bookshelf-display cabinets in the apartment. The apartment also has a security system.
Central heating is provided in the apartment, with electric underfloor heating in the bathroom. Utilities range from 130 euros (in summer) to 260 euros (in the coldest months), depending on water and electricity consumption.
Just a few dozen meters from the building, the Arter Quarter, featuring a sports club, cafes, restaurants, and a spa, will open in 2024. Nearby are parks, schools, kindergartens, etc.
The apartment has an active residents' association. The building has video surveillance. The apartment comes with a secure parking space in the basement of the building, a door phone system in the apartment, and an elevator in the building. There is also a bicycle storage room in the building.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
