Üürile anda värskelt renoveeritud korter, mis asub maja neljandal korrusel, maja keskel. Planeeringult on korter tüüplahendus, millel L-tähe kujuline koridor. Eraldi asetsevad tualett ning vannituba, köök, magamistuba ning rõduga elutuba. Köögis olemas külmkapp, ahi ja õhupuhasti. Vannitoas pesumasin ja vann. Magamistoas ja esikus garderoob. Elutoas diivan. Keldrikorrusel on olemas ka keldriboks lisapanipaigaks.
Maja juures on ühistu teinud mitmeid parendusi - soojustatud on otsaseinad, uuendatud on küttesüsteem, vahetatud on ka kanalisatsioonitorud ning veetorud. Korteri aknad on vahetatud korralike sooja pidavate akende vastu. Kindlust lisab väga korralik turvauks. Kommunaalkulud on soodsad, suvel umbes 50 eurot ja talvel 150 eurot.
Korterühistu on toimiv ja tegus. Ühistu eestvedamisel on renoveeritud küljefassaad ja trepikojad, vahetatud katus ja hiljuti ka küttetorustikud.
Kortermaja on hea asukohaga. Kesklinn jääb umbes 25 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusele. 5 minuti jalutuskäigu raadiuses asuvad toidukauplused (Kivilinna coop, Maxima), mitmed koolid (Tartu Descartese kool, Kivilinna kool; Hansa kool), lasteaiad (Lasteaed Krõll, Lasteaed Kelluke), huviõppeasutused (Tartu II muusikakool) ja bussipeatused (Kivilinna bussipeatus; Kalda tee bussipeatus).
Korter on sissekolimiseks valmis.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
