Apartment is totally quiet despite central location and you would never hear neighbours. Bedroom is very sunny (photos were taken on a gloomy winter afternoon) and living room is very bright as there are floor to ceiling windows.
HEATING
Water floor heating in bedroom and living room, electric heating in the bathroom.
Due to special ceiling system it is never hot in summer (even when +35 outside, in the apartment it would be 22-23 max without air-conditioner). Very warm in winter.
Temperature regulated in every room separately.
New ventilation system.
PARKING
Free in the closed inner yard.

Around 160 in summer and 240 in winter (including electricity and water for two adults and a baby)

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
