Nearest bus stop 2 minutes walking. Bus no.23 or no.17 go to city center in 10 minutes. Selver is 2 minutes walking. Face to a quiet park, nice neighbors. The apartment is newly renovated, has open kitchen with dishwasher, spacious living room with new 65" TV and comfortable bedroom with a 160cm bed. Wardrobe in living room. Bathroom has washing machine. Apartment uses central heating and gas stove (checked safety yearly). Utility: Apartmemt got energy level B due to the renovation done this year in May. This summer cost 70 euros. Winter is unknown yet, but previous years maximum was 140 euros. Tenant doesn’t need to pay Remondifond fee in utility bill, we will pay for it. Apartment is pet friendly depends on agreement. Nearest dog park is 10 minutes walking. Cat also welcome :) It is able to register your living address there. Apartment is available on 11.08.
