KORTER
Korteri koosseisu kuulub esik, köök, elutuba, magamistuba ning vannituba. Korter ei ole uus, kuid on hiljuti läbinud kerge uuenduse mööbli näol. Suureks lisaväärtuseks on keskmisest kõrgemad laed ning eraldatud garderoobituba. Elutuba ning kööki kütab ahi ning magamistuba õhksoojuspump, vannitoas on elektriradiaator. Sooja vett annab elektriboiler.
MÖÖBEL

Parkimine tänaval on tasuta. Korteri juurde kuulub kuur, kus saab küttepuid hoiustada.
ASUKOHT
Korter asub Kopli tänaval. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel asub Marati kvartal, Karjase sai. Läheduses on ka nii bussi- kui ka trammipeatus.
LEPING
Lepingu sõlmimisel tuleb tasuda 1 kuu üür ning vahendustasu 1 kuu üüri summas (+ käibemaks).

APARTMENT
The apartment consists of a hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is not new but has recently undergone a light renovation in terms of furniture. A significant added value is the higher-than-average ceilings and a separate dressing room. The living room and kitchen are heated by a stove, while the bedroom is heated by an air-source heat pump, and the bathroom has an electric radiator. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler.
FURNITURE
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, and fridge. The living room has a fold-out sofa bed, a coffee table, and a TV cabinet. The bedroom has a 160cm wide bed (with a mattress), a nightstand, an armchair, and a wardrobe. The hallway has a coat rack along with a chest of drawers and a shoe shelf.
PARKING AND STORAGE
Street parking is free. The apartment includes a shed where firewood can be stored.
LOCATION
The apartment is located on Kopli Street. The Marati quarter and Karjase Street are within walking distance. There are also bus and tram stops nearby.
CONTRACT
When signing the contract, the tenant must pay one month's rent and a commission fee equivalent to one month's rent (+ VAT).

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
