THE APARTMENT
This attic apartment on the 3rd floor has a floor area of 56 m². Upon entering, the bedroom is on the left from the hallway, and the living room/kitchen is on the right. Between the living room and bedroom, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower.
The bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, and bedside tables. Additional storage is available under the lift-up bed base. The bedroom also has blackout blinds!
The living room/kitchen is equipped with a compact kitchen, a dining table, and living room furniture. The blue sofa seen in the pictures is a sofa bed!
THE BUILDING
The 3-story building has only 6 apartments in total. Street parking is free.
LOCATION
Everything necessary for daily life is within easy reach. There are several public transport stops nearby.
UTILITIES
In summer, utility costs are approximately €140, and in winter about €220, plus electricity based on consumption.
STORAGE
The apartment includes a storage unit in the basement.
LEASE TERMS
Upon signing the lease, the tenant must pay the rent for the current month and a brokerage fee equal to one month’s rent (+ 22% VAT)

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
