THE APARTMENT
This bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It features an entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen with a living room, a bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a long hallway. The apartment has central heating and electric underfloor heating in the bathroom.
THE BUILDING
The apartment building at Amburi 16 has been fully renovated and contains a total of 16 apartments. There are a few parking spaces available for residents in the courtyard, and street parking is free.
LOCATION
Within walking distance are Kopli and Stroomi parks, the beach promenade, and Pikakari beach. Right next to the building is the large Kasepark, which offers children's playgrounds, an outdoor gym, a skate park, and other attractions. Public transportation stops are nearby, providing quick and convenient access to different parts of the city.
RENTAL TERMS

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
