This 2-room home is designed for people who appreciate spaciousness. The heart of this apartment is the extremely large open-plan living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious hallway. The cherry on top is a 5 m² balcony, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Thanks to the large windows, this is a very light-filled home.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher). The floors are covered with natural wood parquet, and the walls and floors of the bathrooms are tiled with ceramic tiles.
PARKING AND STORAGE
Residents of this apartment can park for free on the street in front of the building with a parking permit, subject to available spaces. There is no storage room in this apartment.
LOCATION
The apartment building at Kaupmehe 7 is located in a sought-after area in the city center, but it's on a side street with less traffic compared to the main roads. Nearby are Solaris, Viru Centre, Tallinna Kaubamaja, and all major grocery stores. Solarise Delice and Stockmann's grocery store are conveniently just a few minutes away.
In addition, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for sports and leisure activities. The nearest public transport stop (Estonia) is just 300 meters from the front door.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
