The living room features a new beige sofa bed (in the picture still the previous one). There is no TV in the apartment. The bathroom includes spacious cabinets and a bathtub. The kitchen comes with a stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator, while the bathroom has a washer-dryer. Coats can be stored in the built-in hallway closet, and the bedroom includes a large wardrobe and under-bed storage. The balcony enjoys sunlight throughout the day in spring and summer. The apartment comes with dishes, pots and pans, and basic kitchen utensils.
The nearest public transport stop, “Kungla,” is just a 1–2 minute walk away, with bus No. 3 going to the city center and Veerenni.
PARKING & STORAGE
The rent includes a private parking space in a gated courtyard with remote access and a storage unit in the semi-basement. The building also has a bike storage area.
UTILITIES
B energy class. Utilities are reasonable. The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection (100/100 Mbit/s) with a contract through Telia, which is added to the utility fees.
RENTAL TERMS
When signing the rental agreement via Rendin, one month’s rent is required upfront. Rental Agreement can also be signed in a company’s name.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
