Üürilepingu sõlmimisel tuleb maksta esimese kuu üür ettemaksuna ja maakleritasu üürimäära suuruses summas.
Korteris on kõik uus ja puhas, peale remonti keegi sees elanud ei ole.
Üürniku kasutusse jääb piltidel kajastuv mööbel. Köögimööblisse on integreeritud tehnika (pliit, ahi, kubu ja nõudepesumasin). Üürileandjaga on võimalik kokku leppida asjade lisamise osas kui miskit on juurde vaja.
Kütmine toimub läbi keskkütteradiaatorite, soe tuleb Paldiski katlamajast. Igas ruumis on temperatuuriregulaatorid ja saab hoida endale sobivat kliimat.
Korteriühistu on aktiivne, elamu eest kantakse pidevalt hoolt.
Parkimine hoovis või maja kõrval. Korteri juurde kuulub oma parkimiskoht maja kõrval korteri akna all.
Paldiski on mugav vaikne linnake mere ääres, kus kõik eluks vajalik on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Tallinna kesklinn jääb ca 50km kaugusele, mugav on ühendus nii bussi kui ka rongiga. Elamu paikneb linna keskel, kust on mugav kiiresti igale poole liikuda. Kiviviske kaugusele keskväljaku ümbrusesse jäävad Paldiski kaubamaja ja Coop koos apteegi ning lillepoega. Samuti ei ole kaugel Maxima ning Grossi Kauplus Igapäevaseks einestamiseks on hea koht Anne Koogikodu, mõnevõrra kaugemal mere pool asub Tavern Peetri Toll. Lähedusse jäävad veel perearstikeskus, park, workout väljak ja skatepark.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
