Üürnik tasub kõik kommunaalkulud, mis jäävad talvel 180 euro ja suvel 90 euro juurde (lisandub vesi ja elekter vastavalt tarbimisele). Täiendavalt on võimalik üürnikul sõlmida interneti ja TV pakett.

Fully furnished and in a good condition 2-room apartment in Kalamaja for a rent. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. Highly valued area in Tallinn, quiet location.
The apartment is rented with the appliances shown in the pictures (television, integrated kitchen appliances, washing machine) and furniture. NB! Additional small appliances and interior elements can be left in the apartment by agreement. The living room and kitchen are with an open layout but still sufficiently separated. The bedroom is separately. Parking is for free on nearby streets (Jahu, Väike- ja Suur-Patarei) when parking spaces are available (not guaranteed).
The tenant pays all utilities, which amount to approximately 180 euros in winter and 90 euros in summer (water and electricity are charged according to consumption in addition). Additionally, the tenant can sign up for internet and TV packages.
The nearest bus and tram stop is about 300 meters away, the nearest grocery store (Rimi) is also about 300 meters, the Estonian Academy of Arts approximately 600 meters, and Gustav Adolf Gymnasium Kotzebue 800 meters from the apartment. The Old Town and Kalarand are within walking distance. Balti Train Station and Market is one tram stop away, and the city center is two stops away. Several dining options are nearby. There is a children's playground in the yard. A peaceful and pleasant neighborhood.
The apartment will be available from September 2025. An advance payment of one month's rent is required, plus a brokerage fee of one month's rent. Pets are not allowed.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
