The apartment is conveniently located in Narva mnt, in front of the Tallinn University. Old Town and Kadriorg park are within walking distance (7-12min). Tram and bus stops in front of the house and both grocery store and pharmacy are on the other side of the road.
The apartment access is on the 1st floor, it has 2,5 rooms:
- main room at 1st floor (19mq)
- basement room where the bathroom is located (12mq)
- a small external storage room right in front the entrance door (inside the building) where the washing machine is located (2mq).
There is parking possibility for 1 car in the backyard.
Additional costs (utilities) are around 120 in summer, to around 250 in winter, depending on the season and consumptions.
All the heating is electric, so no gas bill. Floor heating has been installed in the basement and the main room has a fan for the summer heat.
The bathroom is equipped with 2 pumps:
- one for ground waters;
- one for grey waters (toilet and shower).
The flat has now a fixed electricity price contract, so fluctuations in price will not happen.
The pumps have been both replaced in 2023, are working automatically and they don't need any action from the tenant, unless they break. Common sense applies: if you only throw toilet paper in the toilet the pump rarely has issues.
The flat will be available from the beginning of September 2024.
Sorry, but no luck!
The landlord has either deactivated this listing or found a tenant already.
Good thing is that we do have more homes to choose from!
Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
