The apartment consists of a hallway, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace of 8.7m2 and a bedroom with an excellent double bed and high quality mattress.
The apartment is located on the first floor. The spacious and light-filled balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room.
The entire interior of the apartment is new and of high quality. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, 2m high ceilings, glazed and wood-clad balconies.
Light colours are used in the interior decoration. The floors are covered with natural oak parquet. Clothes racks and a shoe rack in the hallway. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom.
The kitchen has furniture with integrated appliances (large induction stove with built-in exhaust fan, oven with microwave combi, large Samsung Smart Fridge, large dishwasher). There is a full sized washing machine (9kg) with a dryer (5kg) in the bathroom. The apartment is rented with all the furnishings that can be seen in the photos.
- General Costs
The apartment has floor heating which is efficient and cost effective. For a couple, the utility bills on average are around 120 euros in summer and 190 euros in winter, of course based on personal usage.
- Parking
Indoor heated parking spot can be discussed as a separately. It is not included and can be rented.
- Internet connection (150/150) is already set up and available which costs €35 per month to be added.
- Storage
The apartment has a large storage space which can take a bike, and other items.
- Building
Modern new building. Central heating based on underfloor heating, heating meters. Ventilation with heat recovery, energy class B. Reasonable utility costs.

The Küti quarter, built in a unique location along Kalaranna street, consists of seven modern residential buildings located in the historical heart of Kalamaja by the sea, bordering on one side with the new Kalaranna street and on the inner quarter of Kalamaja with Küti and Oda streets.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
