Suurepärases asukohas, täismöbleeritud 1-toaline korter asub 5-korruselise kortermaja teisel korrusel.
Korterit sisustades on arvesse võetud nii disaini, välimust kui ka praktilisust.
Korteris on kõik eluks vajalik olemas: lahtikäiv diivan, laud ja riidekapp. Kööginurk sisaldab endas kõike vajalikku: elektripliit, kubu, külmkapp, grillireziimiga mikrolaineahi ja töötasapind mõnusaks kokkamiseks. WC ja vannituba on koos.

MAJA
Tegemist on 1961. aastal ehitatud kivimajaga. Majas on tegus KÜ. Maja katus on vahetatud ja soojustatud, vahetatud veetorustik ja elektrijuhtmestik. Trepikojad on renoveeritud ja puhtad. Välisuksed on vahetatud ja paigaldatud fonosüsteemid ning videovalve. Lähiajal ehitatakse ka uus prügimaja.
PARKIMINE
Parkimine on maja ümber tasuta.
KOMMUNAALKULUD
Mõistlikud kommunaalkulud: suvel 30-40 EUR, talvel ca 60-70 EUR. Vesi ja elekter vastavalt tarbimisele. WiFi ja koridori koristus on kommunaalkulude sees.
ÜMBRUS/TRANSPORT
Maja asub logistiliselt väga mugavas kohas. Ümbruses on mitmed lasteaiad ja koolid, väga palju kohti jalutamiseks, sportimiseks ja vaba aja veetmiseks (Pae park, Padel+KAWE, Kadriorg, Lasnamäe spordikompleks jt.). Maja kõrval on Maxima kauplus, lähedal on mitu suuremat kaubanduskeskust – T1, Ülemiste keskus, Sikupilli keskus. Mõneminutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel on trammipeatus, kust saab kiiresti ja mugavalt kesklinna.

Lepingu sõlmimisel tuleb tasuda:

Selle korteri üürileandja kasutab Rendin üürilepingu mugavusteenust, mis vabastab üürniku tagatisraha maksmisest ja annab kaasa ootamatu sissetulekute kaotuse kindlustuse - koondamise ning tõsiste tervisemurede korral.
Alusta oma uue kodu üürimist väiksemate stardikuludega - tagatisraha on asendatud väikese kuutasuga, 340 EUR üüri puhul on täiendav kuutasu üürnikule 13,6 EUR.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
