From the hallway, you continue into the open kitchen, with the first door on the left leading to the bathroom. The bathroom includes a toilet. If needed, electric underfloor heating can be used in the bathroom. Next to the bathroom is a separate storage/utility room, which also has a washing machine. The washing machine includes a dryer! The open kitchen area has everything necessary for comfortable living, including plenty of drawers and shelves for storage. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher. The open kitchen is connected to the living room, where the corner sofa can be extended into a bed if needed. From the living room, there is direct access to the bedroom, which has a comfortably wide double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The television in the living room is also available for use by the new tenants. The entire interior of the apartment is finished in calm tones and with high-quality materials. LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING The apartment building is in a logistically excellent location – within just a 20-minute walk you can reach Noblessner Harbour, the Proto Invention Factory, and the Seaplane Harbour. You can enjoy the charming atmosphere of Kalamaja while walking along the Kalaranna promenade. Telliskivi Creative City is also just a short walk away.
