AKNAD HOOVI POOLE! MÖBLEERITUD! VAIKNE!
Nõmme alguses, Järve Keskuse lähedal, on piirkonnasiseselt paiknevas rekonstrueeritud fassaadiga kivimajas pikaaegsele üürile anda 2-toaline renoveeritud korter.
ASUKOHT. ÜMBRUSKOND
Logistiliselt väga hea asukoht mitmete sõlmteede lähedal, kuid paiknedes samas tihedama liiklusega teedest piisavalt eemal. Ühistranspordipeatused on vaid ca 1 min (peatus "Kurni" Pärnu mnt-l) ja ca 4 min (peatus "Risti" Männiku teel) jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Järve Keskuseni 180 m, s.o ca 2 min jalgsiteed. Rimi toidukaupluseni jõuab kõndides samuti ca 2 min-ga.
ELAMU. PARKIMINE
Korterelamu on täielikult rekonstrueeritud (fassaad, trepikojad, katus ja tehnosüsteemid) ning paigaldatud soojustagastusega ventilatsioonisüsteem), kinnistut piirab aed. Majal on oma õueala, kus ühistu loal saab tasuta parkida.
KORTER
Heas korras korter paikneb elamu 2.korrusel ja on akende suunaga elamu sisehoovi poole (hommikupäikese suund). Elutuba on avatud köögiga ja magamistuba paikneb eraldi. Korter on möbleeritud ning olemas on ka mõned nõud, söögiriistad ja potid, padjad ja tekid. Soe vesi on kaugkütte baasil (elektriboiler on vaid juhuks, kui sooja vett kaugküttevõrgust ei ole).
Kõik fotodel nähaolevad mööbliesemed ja tehnika jääb korterisse. Elutoas on lahtikäiv, diivanvoodi.
Korteris ja elamus on vaikne.
KOMMUNAALARVED (lisandub elektri tarbimise ja telekommunikatsiooniteenuste arve):
Talvisel ajal on arved ca 200-250 eurot. Detsember 2025 arve oli 250,29 eurot (s.h. küte 78,92 eurot).
Korter antakse üürile pikaaegselt (min 1-aastaks). Koduloomad ei ole lubatud!
Üürilepingu sõlmimisel tuleb üürnikul tasuda esimese kuu üürisumma ja lepingutasu (kuu üürisumma, millele lisandub käibemaks). Lisandub igakuine Rendin tasu!

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
