PLANEERING
Korteril on mugav esik riidekapi, jalanõude riiuliga. Esikust otse paikneb elutuba pool avatud köögiga. Esiku kõrval avar vannituba tualetiga. Esikust vasakul käel magamistuba. Magamistuba on hea paigutusega, kuhu mahub ära nii 160x200 voodi, mahukas riidekapp, kui ka töönurk. Elutoa kõrval on õhtu päikse poolne tõeliselt rohelise metsa vaatega rõdu.
MÖBLEERITUS
Korter on täielikult möbleeritud. Magamistoas kaheinimese voodi 160x200mm terve voodi aluse pesukastiga, mahukas riidekapp ja töölaud. Elutoas on lahtikäiv nurgadiivan-voodi kahe pesukastiga. Köögimööblis on olemas ka Bochi nõudepesumasin, täismõõdus intergreeritud külmik sügavkülmaga. Vannitoas on olemas AEG soojuspumbaga pesumasin-kuivati.
ÜÜRITINGIMUSED
Korter on kohe vaba ja saadaval. Hästi käituvad koerad on aksepteeritud.
Kuu üürile lisanduvad kommunaalid, mis on suvisel ajal 100€ ja talvisel ajal 145€. Lisaks elekter 8-14€, ja siseteenus, mille lepingu sõlmib üürnik ise.
Selle korteri üürileandja kasutab Rendin üürilepingu mugavusteenust, mis vabastab üürniku tagatisraha maksmisest. Alusta oma uue kodu üürimist väiksemate stardikuludega - tagatisraha on asendatud kuutasuga, mis on Rendini puhul 30 EUR. #tagatisrahata. Rendini puhul esmane makse esimese kuu üür. Üürides tavalisel moel on esmane makse esimese kuu üür, ja ühe kuu summas tagatisraha. Selle koretri puhul vahendustasu ei lisandu.
PARKIMINE JA PANIPAIK
Korteri juurde ei kuulu parkimisvõimalust maja juures. Ja korteri juurde ei kuulu ka panipaika. Parkimine Sääse tänaval või naabruses.
NAABRUSKOND
Korter paikneb väga hea infrastruktuuriga asukohas. Maja kõravl paikneb Mustamäe Keskkus, kus on 14 söögikohta, paljud erinevad kauplused, ja ka Rimi toidupood. Bussipeatus paikneb maja kõrval Mustamäe tee poolel või Tammsaare tee poolel. Lisaks on Mustamäe keskuses kino ja spordiklubi.

Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent, which is paid monthly by either the landlord, the tenant, or both parties. The payer is chosen during contract creation. For example, if the rent is 500€, then our monthly service fee is 20€. Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for paying for the service.
Who pays the Rendin service fee?
When creating an agreement, you can choose whether the Rendin service fee is paid by the tenant, the landlord, or the fee will be equally split between the parties.
If the service fee is split
We recommend splitting the service fee between the parties to the agreement. Both the tenant and the landlord benefit from the Rendin service. The tenant can rent without paying a deposit. The landlord gets property protection and debt protection instead of the security deposit. Split service fee is a fair payment method for both parties.
If the tenant and the landlord share the service fee, each party pays 50% of Rendin's monthly fee.
If the landlord pays the service fee
Many landlords choose to pay the service fee themselves and add it to the rent payment. This makes it easier to explain the service and its benefits to tenants.
If the tenant pays the service fee
The tenant will pay the service fee directly to Rendin, which means less work for the landlord. If there are any problems with service fee payments, we will deal with them.
