Rendin is developing an artificial intelligence-based solution that enables users to map a residential property using a smartphone, assess its condition, and identify repair and improvement needs. The solution combines a spatial digital twin, AI-based condition analysis, estimation of the scope and cost of repair works, and a digital consultant.
The objective of the project is to make the assessment of residential property condition and repair needs faster, more standardised, and more accessible. The technology being developed will reduce the need for an expert to physically visit the property and will enable property owners to receive an initial overview of the required works and their estimated cost significantly faster than before.
As a result of the project, an AI-based technological solution will be developed that enables users to:
create a digital twin of a residential property using a smartphone;
assess the condition of the property and identify potential defects;
estimate the scope and cost of the required repair works;
guide the user with the help of a digital consultant;
make the process of assessing the condition of residential properties and planning repair works faster, more transparent, and more scalable.
The total cost of the project is EUR 1 111 089, of which the grant amount is up to EUR 499 990.
